A booth was set up by Musashigaoka Junior College to measure the bone density of walkers in the Three Day March. The booth was located on the meeting grounds at "The Japanese Three-day March" held on the October 25 (2002) and 26th (2003), and bone density measurement was carried out on the walkers. The 724 volunteers (195 male and 529 female) participated in the bone density measurement. We handed over the results to each walker after the measurement. If necessarily, the health promotion support was carried out from both exercise and nutrition. |
