The purpose of this study was to research the actual state of sports injuries of students at Musashigaoka college. We conducted a questionnaire survey of 530 students, about their own history of sports injury. The answer was obtained for 468 students. The results were as follows ; 1) Many students in Musashigaoka college had experienced injuries during sports. 2) Many sports injuries had occurred during extracurricular activities when they were high school and junior high school students. 3) They had little knowledge about treatment of sports injuries. Therefore, we must provide students with knowledge in treatment and prevention of sports injuries. |
