{"created":"2023-05-15T11:44:34.186181+00:00","id":309,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"af815ee9-081f-4a8c-b94b-da37b7180592"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"309","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"309"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:musashigaoka.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000309","sets":["6:51"]},"author_link":["680","681"],"control_number":"309","item_3_biblio_info_12":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2004-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"94","bibliographicPageStart":"75","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"12","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"武蔵丘短期大学紀要","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"},{"bibliographic_title":"Bulletin of Musashigaoka College","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"個人は本来、肉体的健康・疾病状況においても、身体・運動能力的にも、又、家族・社会・経済的にも、性格・心理・認知能力的にも、宗教・信条・生きがい的にも多様で、各々がその満足度を最大化するための指標(evidence)としてのQOLは、各種の医療・健康指導等の介入方法の選択や、その程度の決定・工夫のために、介入の前後であるいは異なる介入群間で主に集団に対して測定・利用されて来た。最近、一般市民集団や生活習慣病を持ちつつも日常生活を行っている患者等の集団に広く適用される形のQOLが開発され、いろいろなデータが信頼性と妥当性の科学的検証を経て公開されるようこなり、日本人の国民標準値が示されるものが出て来た。即ち、本来集団の平均値として比較することが目的で開発された指標が、ある一時点の横断的(cross sectional)な測定・調査で個人を評価する包括的(generic) QOL測定として考えられるようになりつつある。一方、体育学領域でも運動習慣の定着のための動機付けを目的として、大部分が主観を含まない測定値による健康調査結果も\"QOL\"の呼称(\"総合QOL\":原文のまま)に含ませるような試みが行われている。しかし、真に運動習慣を定着させるためには、各参加者の嗜好・考え方等を踏まえた本来の主観的QOLの向上のための運動等各種介入指導プログラムの群別個別化・最適化が行われる事が望ましい。そのためには、既存のQOL調査票の各概念領域における下位尺度に、運動継続によってのみ得られるような満足感・達成感・幸福感、あるいは肉体的な充足感や不都合に開する差別化が検出可能な質問を導入することが必要であろう。その上で、運動習慣脱落者群のQOLがどのような経過を示すのか、運動指導プログラムの個別化群でどの程度対応出来るのかを検討する必要がある。団体に対する画一的な運動指導の場合でも、取りあえず運動習慣から途中で脱落する者達の原因追求にこのような「運動習慣者特異的QOL測定票」の利用が考えられる。本研究は私学振興財団の2001~2003年度補助金:高等教育研究改革推進経費を、課題名「地域住民の集団健診における運動指導方法論のカリキュラム開発」によって受け、地域住民に健康指導教室を開催する中で、その参加者の満足度を数値化し、脱落者を少なくする目的で検討したものである。この健康指導教室を実施するにあたって中心的役割りを果した今泉哲雄氏に感謝する。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"In recent Japanese senior citizens, it is one of the major challenges to find out the way how to extend the practice of physical exercise up to the age of seventies, since the percentage of population who carry the practice of physical exercise topples down at the age of seventies, in recent couple of years. We have also experienced approx. 10% noncompliance at the end of the season in our local health promotion classes held in 2001~2003. As one of the countermeasures to prevent dropping out of those activities in senior citizens, we tried to introduce a QOL instrument to monitor the level of subjective satisfaction of the attendants. However, many established QOL instruments including generic measurement questionnaires aim at responding to the differences between patients and the recovered or the ordinary living citizens without practicing daily physical activities.
