And it have a close relationship between food demand and transition, have been expanding their industrial scale as well as the ratio between distribution and consumption. After the 1960s, various structural changes have taken place in Japan, e.g. Concentration of population in the urban areas, increase in number of employees working in the secondary industries, in the ratio of \"nuclear families\", and in the number of working women. These have brought about a general growth in the food industry. And this study is considered that this trend has been caused by the socialized change in the Japanese frozen food market and manufacturing.
