It is meant to give the reader an evaluation of the ideas and methods that will be presented together in material to help implement these elective lessons. The structure and variety of the elective lessons currently available vary according to the school. In order to put these lessons into practice, it is often necessary for the individual instructors to dedicate a great deal of effort in both creating numerous course choices, as well as in designing the specific contents for each lesson. Furthermore, trying to take into consideration the specific wishes of the students inevitable creates a further demand on the time and effort needed by the teachers to implement these electives. Needless to say, this all creates a great strain on the teacher\u0027s ability to focus upon their own research. In order to create a successful program, the individual teachers need to research various current examples of elective lessons. Moreover, they have to try and develop an elective lesson which, while meshing with their individual school\u0027s atomsphere, is also an effective part of a comprehensive lesson plan. Ultimately it is each teacher\u0027s responsibility to create their own courses, based on their own experience and judgement.
